Service Overview: Managed IT

Service Overview: Managed IT

Your IT department, subscribed. 24/7 monitoring, patches, security, support, and backups for one flat monthly number sized for your team. Pick the tier that fits today and move up when your business does.

90 days, then month-to-month. No multi-year lock-in. Most MSPs lock customers into 36 or 60 month contracts. We do not. Stay 90 days, then it is month-to-month.

What every plan includes

  • 24/7 system monitoring

  • Operating system and third-party patches
  • A guaranteed response time when you call

  • The per-user price covers one device per user. Additional devices bill at $20/device/month.
  • Copper customers can add unlimited remote support for $50/PC/month without upgrading to Steel. The Copper SLA still applies and on-site stays hourly.
