What we build
- Websites and web apps: Marketing sites that load fast and rank. Internal tools, dashboards, customer portals. Astro, Next, Laravel, or WordPress when it fits. We host. Source code is yours.
- Custom automation: Scripts that move data between systems that do not natively talk. Glue between your CRM, accounting, and ticketing.
- Sysadmin: Linux and Windows server work. Self-hosted apps, containerization, monitoring.
- Network design: Real network design for new offices, expansions, and multi-site setups. VLANs, structured switching, enterprise WiFi.
- Structured cabling: Cat6 / Cat6A pulls, patch panels, fiber when warranted. Labeled, documented, certified.
- Office moves and buildouts: We design the IT for your new space, run cable, rack the gear, and stand it up before your team walks in Monday morning.
- Integration projects: CRM to ticketing to billing, phone system to CRM. We build the glue and document it.
- Migrations and cutovers: M365 to Google, on-prem to cloud, SharePoint to Confluence. We plan the cutover, run it after hours, and keep a rollback ready.
- AI features: LLM chat, summarization, search, agents, internal copilots. Production builds, not demos. Models you control.
Priced on outcome
Every project quoted flat-rate. No published hourly. No surprise invoices. A script that gives your office manager back ten hours a week is not a thirty-hour invoice. We quote the work for what it is worth, not what it took. You get a written flat-rate number before we start, with deliverables, timeline, and milestones on paper.
How we quote
- Scoping call: 30 minutes, free
- Written flat-rate proposal: 48-hour turnaround
- Deposit to start: 50%, balance on delivery
- Revision rounds included: 2
- Source code and docs: 100% yours
Light tweaks during the build are on the house. Material scope changes get a written change order with a flat-rate add. Revisions past round two bill at $200/hr or roll into a Managed plan. After-hours emergency work is $350/hr. Everything else is flat-rate.
Cabling, networking gear, cameras, and access control are delivered by our sister company West Texas Wi-Fi & Networking (TDPS Lic. #B31108601).
