A VPN gives you a secure connection to your office network when you are working from home or on the road. We set up the VPN software and give you the connection details during onboarding. Here is how to connect once it is set up.
Before you start
You will need the VPN app we installed and your connection details, which we provide during onboarding. If the app is not on your computer, contact us and we will get it set up.
Connect on Windows
- Open the VPN app we installed. Look for it in the Start menu or the system tray by the clock.
- Select the office connection. We provide the name and address during onboarding.
- Select Connect.
- Enter your username and password if prompted, and approve any MFA request.
- Wait for the status to show connected. You can now reach office files and systems.
When you are done
Open the VPN app and select Disconnect when you no longer need the office connection.
If you cannot connect
- Check that your internet is working first. Try loading a website.
- Confirm you entered the right username and password.
- Restart the VPN app and try again.
- Restart your computer if it still will not connect.
