Connect to Office Wi-Fi

Here is how to get your computer or phone onto the office wireless network. You will need the network name and password, which we provide during onboarding. If you do not have them, ask your office manager or contact us.

Windows

  1. Select the network icon on the right side of the taskbar, near the clock.
  2. Select the Wi-Fi icon, then select your office network from the list. We provide the name during onboarding.
  3. Select Connect. To reconnect automatically next time, leave Connect automatically checked.
  4. Enter the network password and select Next.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings, then Wi-Fi.
  2. Make sure Wi-Fi is on.
  3. Tap your office network. We provide the name during onboarding.
  4. Enter the password and tap Join.

Android

  1. Open Settings, then Network & internet, then Wi-Fi.
  2. Tap your office network from the list.
  3. Enter the password and tap Connect.

If you cannot connect

  • Double-check the password. It is case sensitive.
  • Turn Wi-Fi off and back on, then try again.
  • Make sure you picked the correct network. Some offices have a separate guest network for visitors.
