Support hours
Our standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Central. Some plans include extended or after-hours coverage. Check your service agreement if you are not sure what your plan includes.
What to include when you contact us
The more we know up front, the faster we can help. Please tell us:
- Your name and company
- The best phone number and email to reach you
- Which device or system is affected, for example your laptop, a printer, email, or the phones
- What is happening and when it started
- Any error message you see (a screenshot helps)
- Whether you can still work or you are fully stopped
Is it urgent?
